Join our 3rd "Soil to Table" event around the topic "Migration" on October 11th where we will be serving a special 7x course KLE menu with pairing.
The evening will be different from the usual KLE nights: you will share table with other guests while enjoying a unique menu designed only for that evening, packed with flavour and passion - and a little surprise.
We have chosen to showcase the works of Salvador Garibay, one of our closest suppliers who grows South American produce in Switzerland, and Jordi Arnan, co-owner of Celler Pardas, a winery located in the heart of Penedès, Spain. The evening is designed around them - you will have the opportunity to enjoy our creations with the masters behind the raw materials.
